Camp Schedule
9:30-10:00am Warm up / Stretches/ stretch cords / games
10:00-11:00am Stroke swimming, drills, skills, video,
stroke evaluation.
11:00-11:30am Morning Tea
11:30-12:30pm Lecture in ESC club room
(Nutrition, competition/racing tips, goal setting)
9:30am-12:30pm
E.S.C. members & MST swimmers pay pool entry only.
Cost of camp $15 & swimmers pay pool entry $4.00
Maroney Swim Team will provides coaches
Swimmers bring morning tea and waterbottles.
